Catalyst Paper’s goal is to be the preferred supplier of paper and pulp to customers who value quality as much as cost and service.
Our focus on quality goes beyond products alone. Quality is crucial to all aspects of our business – from answering the telephone and manufacturing consistently reliable products, to delivering products on time, in full and damage free, and offering technical advice in our customers’ plants. Consistent performance in each of these areas enhances our reputation, maintains our customers’ confidence and allows us to choose the best customers.
To achieve our goals for quality, we will:
- Comply with the requirements of, and continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of, our quality management system
- Establish and regularly review quality objectives and targets
- Develop quality improvement, education and training programs that involve all employees
- Continuously monitor and improve our product performance
- Build and maintain the strong and effective partnerships necessary to understand our customers’ needs, challenges and level of satisfaction
- Set the industry benchmark and continuously improve the knowledge, expertise and responsiveness of our technical customer service team
